What RBX BOX is
You watch ads and complete offers from our partners. They pay us, and we pass a share of that on to you as coins, which you can exchange for Roblox gift cards and other digital rewards.

RBX BOX is an independent app. It is not created by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "Robux" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. We deliver official gift cards; we never ask for your Roblox password and you should never give it to anyone.
Your account
- One account per person. Multiple accounts are the most common form of abuse here and are the main reason accounts get suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure.
- You must be 13 or older, or have a parent's permission.
Coins
- Coins have no cash value and are not your property. They are a record of what you have earned within the app.
- Coins cannot be transferred between accounts, bought, or sold.
- Rates can change, and we do not apply changes retroactively to coins you already hold.
- If an advertiser reverses an offer as fraudulent, we reverse the coins. This is the one case where a balance can go down without you spending anything, and it is always recorded in your transaction history.
Your country
How much each video and offer pays depends on the country your account is registered in, because that is what advertisers pay us. We read your country once, the first time you sign in, and it stays fixed to your account from then on — we do not re-read it, and it does not change if you travel.
Do not use a VPN, a proxy, or a fake-location app. Accounts found to be faking their location are suspended: the coin balance is removed, any pending withdrawal is cancelled, and no reward is paid out. This applies whether the spoofing happened at sign-up or at any point afterwards.
Redemptions
- Coins leave your balance when you make a request, not when the reward arrives. This stops one balance being spent several times over.
- Requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
- You can cancel a request while it is still pending and get your coins back. Once we start processing it, the code may already have been bought.
- Enter your Roblox username or email carefully. A reward delivered to the wrong place because of a typo cannot always be recovered.
What will get your account suspended
- Multiple accounts, or sharing a device to farm rewards.
- VPNs, proxies or fake-location apps used to change the country your earnings are calculated from.
- Emulators, automation, or modified versions of the app.
- Completing offers with false information.
- Anything that attempts to obtain coins without genuinely earning them.
Suspended accounts forfeit their balance. If you think we got it wrong, contact support — we do reverse decisions when we are shown we were mistaken.
VIP
VIP is a 30-day subscription bought with coins or real money. Real-money purchases are handled by Google Play and are refundable under Google's policy, not ours. VIP bought with coins is not refundable.
Availability
We do our best to keep the app running but cannot promise it will always be available. Offer availability depends on our partners and varies by country.
Changes
We will update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
