Delete Your Account

You can delete your RBX BOX account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and says plainly what is removed and what is kept.

Deletion is permanent. Any coins still in your balance are destroyed with the account. If you have enough coins for a reward, redeem them before you delete — they cannot be restored afterwards, and we cannot recover an account once it is gone.

Deleting from inside the app

1. Open RBX BOX and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm when the app asks. The deletion starts immediately.

If you have been signed in for a long time, the app may ask you to sign in again first. This is a security requirement — it makes sure the person deleting the account is the person who owns it. Sign in again and repeat the steps.

If you cannot open the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email robuxbox10@gmail.com from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. Include the email address or phone number you signed up with so we can find the account.

We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask one question to verify that the account is yours — we will never ask for your password.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes, permanently:

• Your sign-in record — email address, phone number, and any Google profile name and photo.
• Your profile and settings.
• Your coin balance, including any unspent coins.
• Your transaction history — every coin earned and spent.
• Your registered devices, which also signs you out everywhere.
• Your notifications and achievements.

What is kept, and why

Two things outlive the account:

• Records of rewards already delivered. If we sent you a gift card, the record of that delivery is kept as an accounting record and to resolve disputes or chargebacks with the reward supplier.
• Support conversations you started. Kept so that an open issue can still be answered and closed.

Both keep the account identifier they were created with, so they can be matched to the original transaction if a dispute is raised later. Neither is used to contact you or to build a profile of you, and neither is shared for advertising.

Data held by our partners

Advertising and offer networks that paid out to your account keep their own records of those transactions under their own policies; deleting your RBX BOX account does not reach into their systems. Their privacy policies govern that data, and each provides its own way to request deletion.
