RBX BOX Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
RBX BOX (com.robuxbox.app) · Last updated 6 September 2026
This policy explains what RBX BOX collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address or phone number, and a display name and photo if you sign in with Google. This is how we know whose coins are whose.
- Your Roblox username or email, but only when you request a reward — we need somewhere to deliver it.
- Activity in the app. Ads watched, offers completed, coins earned and spent, and your redemption history.
- Device information. A device identifier we generate ourselves, plus your device model, OS version and app version. We do not read your advertising ID or any hardware serial for this purpose.
- Approximate country. Taken from your device language, or from your location if you grant permission. Location permission is optional and the app works without it.
Why we collect it
To run your account, to pay you the right amount, to deliver rewards, and to detect fraud. Reward rates differ by country, which is the only reason we need to know yours.
Device information exists to spot one person farming many accounts. If we did not do this, the people cheating would be paid out of the same pool as the people playing fairly.
Advertising
We show rewarded ads through Google AdMob and offers through CPX Research, CPAlead and Lootwalls. These partners have their own privacy policies and may collect data under them:
In the EEA and UK we ask for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before any personalised ad is shown.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary:
- Google Firebase — hosting, authentication, database, notifications and crash reporting.
- Offerwall providers — an anonymous user identifier, so they can tell us which account to credit when you finish an offer.
- Gift card fulfilment partners — the email address you supplied for that specific reward.
Children
RBX BOX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Delete your account. Settings → Delete account, or see our Delete Account page if you can no longer open the app. This removes your profile, your transaction history and any remaining coins.
- Turn off notifications or location in your device settings at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your data by emailing us.
Two things outlive a deleted account: records of rewards we already delivered to you, and any support conversation you started. Both keep the account identifier they were created with, because a delivered reward may be disputed or charged back months later and we have to be able to match it to the original payout. Neither is used to contact you, to build a profile, or for advertising. Everything else — profile, coin balance, transaction history, devices, notifications and achievements — is deleted. See our Delete Account page for the full list.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Coin balances can only be changed by our servers — the app itself has no ability to create coins, which is enforced by database rules rather than by trusting the app.
